- Account information: email address used to create and access your account.
- Public profile information: username, bio/description, avatar.
- User-generated content: audio posts you upload, post titles, descriptions, tags, and related metadata.
- Usage & diagnostics: basic technical data such as error logs and performance metrics to help us improve app stability and performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- To host and display your profile and user-generated content to other Libreets users (depending on app features and your actions).
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app (including debugging and performance monitoring).
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
4. Data Sharing and Selling
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the app and provide core features.
5. Third-Party Services (Processors)
Libreets uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and media hosting. Supabase processes data on our behalf to provide login functionality and store user content. Supabase may process limited technical information (such as request logs) to operate its services.
6. Data Storage and Security
We store your account and content data using Supabase services. We take reasonable measures to protect data, including access controls and secure transmission where applicable. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and operate the app. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account from within the app settings (if available) or by contacting us at libreets@gmail.com. Once your deletion request is processed, we will remove your personal data and user-generated content from our active systems, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security and abuse prevention.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- You can update your profile information in the app settings (where available).
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- You can stop using the app at any time and uninstall it from your device.
10. Cookies
Libreets itself does not use cookies in the mobile app. However, Supabase may use essential cookies in web-based authentication flows (if used) to enable secure login and basic functionality.
11. Children’s Privacy
Libreets is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
12. International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in regions where our service providers (such as Supabase) operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when data is processed internationally.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Effective date”. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
